Packing and shipping information

Before shipping / dropping of

• on the wedding day if possible, keep the bouquet in a vase with water while getting ready, at the reception, dinner

• before shipping or dropping of your florals, please cut the stems and store flowers in fresh cold water out of direct sun

On the day of drop off

• DO NOT spray the water on the flowers as it may cause mould and browning

• keep the bouquet in a vase or wrap them in wet paper towel or bamboo cloth while traveling to our studio in Tweed Heads. When dropped off you can keep the vase as we will swap it to one of ours.

On the day of shipping

• DO NOT spray the water on the flowers as it may cause mould and browning

• cut the stems wrap them in wet paper towel or bamboo cloth. To keep moist in wrap a plastic bag or tin foil around it. Make sure it only covers stems and doesn’t touch any of the flowers

• wrap the rest ( top and sides ) of the bouquet loosely with dry paper towel as that will protect the from scratching from the box while moving. Be gentle as flowers bruises very easily

• place the flowers in a box in an upright position and make sure it isn’t squished in the box

• to secure the bouquet for unwanted movement use paper towels or packing peanuts. Place them underneath the bouquet so it sits on it

• visit post office and ship your flowers. Use Express Post, so we can start pressing as soon as possible.Please check all the details and address before sending it off.
