Taking care of your frame and FAQ
All our frames feature 70% UV-protected glass. To help preserve the protective coating, avoid using harsh chemicals or spraying cleaner directly onto the glass, as this may damage the surface over time.
Best way to clean it
Use a microfibre cloth ONLY
Lightly spray with distilled water or a small amount of ammonia-free glass cleaner onto the cloth (not directly onto the glass)
Wipe gently in circular motions
Dry with a clean dry microfibre cloth
Avoid
Paper towels (can scratch coatings)
Abrasive cloths or sponges
Ammonia, vinegar, acetone, or strong chemical cleaners
Spraying liquid directly onto framed artwork — moisture can seep inside and damage preserved flowers or artwork
Avoid excess moisture near frame edges
